Formerly known as Door & Window Hardware, the company had deep industry knowledge and a strong product offering — but the brand told a different story. The visual identity felt dated and utilitarian, making it difficult to attract luxury-focused clients, design-forward partners, and eco-conscious collaborators. As the business evolved, it needed a name and brand that could reflect craftsmanship, innovation, and long-term ambition.

The Conundrum

The existing brand lacked the sophistication and clarity required to compete in the high-end architectural hardware market. Without a compelling identity or cohesive messaging, the company struggled to position itself as a premium partner for architects, designers, and sustainability-minded brands. Internally, the sales process also needed alignment — tools, training, and materials that could support a more elevated offering and longer sales cycles.

A Sage Approach

Sage began by redefining the brand from the ground up — starting with a strategic renaming to Rozari, a name that paid honor to their business' heritage (founded by Nonno Locicero and Nonna Rosaria), craftsmanship, and longevity. From there, we developed a refined brand identity and messaging system designed to feel modern, intentional, and unmistakably premium. The new visual language elevated Rozari’s presence across digital and sales touchpoints, aligning the brand with the expectations of luxury clients and eco-focused partners.

To support growth beyond the brand itself, Sage provided sales enablement support, including a full sales audit, sales training, and the development of branded sales collateral. This ensured the internal team had the tools, confidence, and clarity needed to sell at a higher level — matching the sophistication of the new brand with a more strategic sales approach.

The rebrand transformed Door & Window Hardware into Rozari — an elevated, design-forward brand positioned to attract luxury clients and long-term partners.
