Simple Solutions had evolved far beyond its original brand. What began as a small recovery-focused organization had grown into a comprehensive behavioral health provider with long-term expansion and franchising goals. However, its identity no longer reflected the depth, dignity, or scale of its work.

The existing name lacked distinction in a competitive healthcare market, and the logo — a pre-made, non-vectorized file — was neither scalable nor recognizable. There was no cohesive messaging system, defined audience clarity, or internal brand alignment. For a company preparing to expand into new markets, the foundation wasn’t strong enough to scale.

The Conundrum

Simple Solutions needed more than a new logo. They needed a strategic repositioning.

They were preparing for franchising and geographic expansion, which required:

  • A trademarkable, ownable name

  • A scalable brand identity

  • Clear messaging aligned with their mission

  • Defined ideal client profiles

  • Internal alignment across leadership and staff

  • A cohesive brand system built for growth

Without this foundation, expansion risked inconsistency and dilution of the brand’s impact.

A Sage Approach

Sage began with a comprehensive internal brand audit, including team questionnaires to uncover perceptions, hesitations, and aspirations around the future of the organization. From there, we led in-depth brand strategy sessions covering ideal client profiles, competitive positioning, brand archetyping, messaging frameworks, customer journey mapping, and long-term growth priorities.

The strategic outcome was a renaming from Simple Solutions to HAVA Healthcare. Hava is Hebrew for “to breathe,” a meaning that aligned deeply with the organization’s mission — offering clients space to pause, reset, and begin again. The name reflects renewal, dignity, and life — core themes within recovery.

We then developed a modern, recognizable brand system inspired by growth and restoration, including a professionally designed logo, typography, color palette, and comprehensive brand guidelines. Every element was built with scalability in mind, ensuring consistency across future locations and franchise markets.

Results

HAVA Healthcare emerged with a refined, human-centered brand positioned for long-term expansion. The new identity communicates clarity, compassion, and professionalism — while remaining distinct and ownable within a competitive behavioral health landscape.

This was more than a visual refresh. It was a strategic evolution built to scale.
