HealthFirst Bluegrass is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) providing comprehensive care across adult primary care, pediatrics, behavioral health, and pharmacy services. As a mission-driven organization serving diverse communities, HealthFirst plays a critical role in accessible healthcare throughout Central Kentucky.

Despite the breadth of services offered, many community members were unaware of the full scope of care available. The organization needed stronger brand clarity and a more strategic marketing presence to increase awareness, improve patient engagement, and compete more effectively in a crowded healthcare market.

The Conundrum

When HealthFirst Bluegrass partnered with Sage Marketing, the organization needed a proactive marketing partner capable of serving as a fully customized extension of their team.
