HealthFirst Bluegrass chose to partner with Sage Marketing due to our team's exceptional expertise in healthcare marketing. HealthFirst Bluegrass needed a proactive, customized local team that would ask the right questions and take on the role of their non-existent marketing department.
The collaboration between Sage Marketing and HealthFirst Bluegrass is fueled by ambitious objectives designed to amplify community engagement, help their organization hit their UDS goals like increasing new patient appointments and support robust advocacy campaigns.
Our comprehensive strategy extends beyond traditional methods, focusing on developing inclusive marketing materials, also offering Spanish-translated materials, and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies to ensure wide-reaching community engagement and improve service accessibility
Project Results
Through our on-going initiatives, we help HealthFirst build a stronger, more recognizable presence in the community while driving measurable growth. Once they began work with our agency, we saw remarkable numbers like a 548.75% increase in website traffic.
To amplify HealthFirst Bluegrass’ reach, we launched their first ever ad campaign in the form of a local billboard and bus ad. Within 6 weeks, the #ChooseHealthFirst Campaign generated over 1 million impressions, reinforcing their visibility and commitment to accessible healthcare. It further positioned them as a trusted provider in a small city with major nearby healthcare competitors.
Through a comprehensive brand photography initiative, we captured the diversity of their services, patients, and the dedication of their team. These high-quality visuals have redefined their brand identity, strengthening their ability to communicate their mission and fostering a deeper connection with patients.
In addition to digital campaigns, we provide ongoing support by producing their print marketing materials, including medical flyers, conference materials, and lobby waiting room screens, ensuring their messaging remains cohesive across all platforms.
Beyond marketing, we supported HealthFirst Bluegrass’s advocacy efforts by launching the #HealthFirstAdvocates campaign, significantly amplifying their voice within the community. This fully organic Facebook activation reached 3,337 people, marking a 2,124.67% increase in organic engagement, and a 637% increase in impressions. Additionally, our efforts drove 158 clicks to legislators' contact forms, demonstrating strong community support for healthcare initiatives.
